SHADOW WORK

Through a set of shadow work prompts, you will be guided to deeper reflect your intentions, to connect to the reasons behind them and the emotions blocking you. This can build up intrinsic motivation and release blockages.

MEDITATION

We finish off the self check-in with a meditation that supports you in your process of following your intentions. Here, we pick up on the  insights we received from the shadow work and strengthen you for the 2 weeks ahead.

BREATHWORK

You will be guided through a Breathwork practice that can help you to get into an altered state of consciousness. Through this, we will connect deeper with your intentions and emotions and open us up to the following meditation,

VIDEOS

Everything is pre-recorded and will be shared with you the day before the New/Full Moon. This allows you to flexibly integrate it into your everyday life.
